This policy describes what information nextaxadvisory.com collects, how NexTax Advisory uses it, and the third-party services involved. It covers this website only. Information exchanged during an advisory engagement is governed by the engagement terms for that work.

Information you send us

When you submit the Send Your Deal form, we receive what you enter: your name, your email address, the stage and size range you select, any link you include, and your question. The form delivers that information to us by email. This website does not keep a separate copy of it.

When you schedule a call, you provide your details to Calendly, the scheduling service we use, and Calendly shares the booking with us.

How we use it

We use what you send to respond to your inquiry and, if you engage us, to perform the work. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you submitted the form or booked a call.

Analytics

This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it: which pages are read, and whether visitors click a scheduling link, submit the form, or book a call. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects usage and device information. We do not send the contents of the form, your name, or your email address to Google Analytics. Google describes how it handles this data, and how to opt out, at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site, each of which processes information under its own privacy terms: Vercel (website hosting), Resend (delivery of form submissions by email), Calendly (scheduling), and Google (analytics). We share information with them only as needed to provide those functions.

Retention

We keep inquiries for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not lead to an engagement.

Your choices

To ask what we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted, reply to any email you have received from us or send a note through the form. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
